![]() ![]() The sumptuous food offerings are offset by a rather limited selection of wine or beer - we didn't ask about spirits. Keep in mind, too that this was a "International" day offering, not the specialty days of prime rib and seafood, or prime rib and shrimp. I'd say that the shrimp preparations, carved beef, pot roast, carved turkey, lima beans, bok choy, and broccolini were the best of the meal, not to mention the ice creams and desserts. There was no way we could sample everything, and tried to take about a tablespoon sized serving of what we selected. Soup and Salad: (Onion soup), raw veggies, lettuce, several dressings, smoked mussels, smoked salmon Asian: shrimp, braised fish, stir fried veggies, fried won ton and egg rolls, Kung Pao chicken (and more) Vegetarian: lasagna, lima beans and tomato, (and more) American: fried chicken and fish, braised ox tail, pot roast, roast pork tenderloin, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy carving and grill: roast round of beef, ham, turkey breast, mild sausage two Italian stations: pasta to order, broccolini veggie, and a whole lot of other stuff (we passed on the station) Mexican: tamales, taco station Ice Creams Desserts: assorted French macaron, lemon and key lime tarts, cakes. There were, as I remember it, nine stations on Monday. We went during the week, so prices are slightly lower than weekends.
